Move through this page at your own pace. There's no right order...only what feels right for you today.

STEP 1

Settle Your Mind

Before you try to fix anything or make a decision, let's slow down for a moment.

Therse self-talk reflections are here to help you listen to yourself without judgement, pressure, or expectation.

Take what you need. You can stop anytime.

  • What am i saying to myself right now?

  • Is my inner voice being kind...or critical

  • What do I need to hear instead?

  • What am I holding that I don't have to carry alone

  • If i spoke to myself with compassion, what would I say?

  • What is my body asking me for right now?

Step 2
Reflect Gently

Once your mind has settled a bit, you may notice thoughts or feelings wanting space.

Reflection doesn’t have to be guided or structured to be meaningful.

Sometimes it’s simply allowing yourself to write, notice, or sit with what’s coming up.

You can reflect in your own way…

through journaling, quiet thought, or using gentle resources when they feel helpful.

Take what supports you.

Leave what doesn’t.

STEP 3
Go Deeper

If you’re ready to spend more time with yourself, this is where you can deepen the work at your own pace.

Going deeper doesn’t mean doing more.

It means giving yourself space to be honest, reflective, and present without rushing the process.

This is an invitation, not an expectation.
