Healing doesn’t start with self-doubt or shame—it starts with honesty.
This space was made for the woman who's tired of shrinking, ready to start healing and finally choose herself. -Tabitha Obiwuru
You are not broken...you are becoming

Hello
I didn’t realize I was broken—not for a long time.
Everything looked fine on the surface… until I started questioning everything and everyone around me.
I’ve battled depression for years, but after catching COVID, anxiety showed up too—and the two together nearly took me out. I couldn’t find joy, no matter who I was with or what I had. That’s when everything around me started breaking down—my relationships with my kids, my husband, my job, even myself.
So I paused. I stopped pretending I was okay. And I took a deep, honest look at what was really hurting me.
That’s why I wrote Loving Me in Pieces.
This journal came straight from my own healing work. It holds the questions I had to ask myself, the activities that grounded me, and the words I needed to hear when nothing made sense.
If you’re here, I hope this helps you start a new relationship—with the most important person in your life: you.

-
Prompts that forced me to get honest.
-
Activities that made me sit with myself.
-
Affirmations I whispered when I couldn’t pray.
-
And space—because sometimes we just need room to be messy.
I hope this journal meets you exactly where you are. I hope it helps you face the hard stuff. But more than anything…I hope it helps you start a new relationship—with yourself. Because that’s what I had to do.
And it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.
