What Is a Guided Meditation?

 

Hey, Lovebugs! 💜 I'm so glad you're here.

If you're new to guided meditation, welcome. And if you've been here before, welcome back. Either way, I'm honored that you've chosen to spend a few moments with me today.

A guided meditation is simply someone gently walking alongside you, helping you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. You don't have to know what you're doing, and you definitely don't have to do it perfectly. All you have to do is show up just as you are.

Here at T.O. Healing Room, our guided meditations are designed with your nervous system in mind. They aren't about emptying your mind or trying to become someone different. They're about creating a safe space where your body can begin to relax, your thoughts can settle, and your heart can simply breathe.

Some days you'll only have a few minutes, and that's okay. Other days you may have a little more time to slow down and care for yourself. Wherever you are today, there's a meditation here for you. Simply choose the experience that feels right for you, press play, and allow yourself a few moments to reconnect with the woman you are becoming.
